Birther Army Colonel Faces Court Martial
Army Lt. Colonel Terry Lakin says he doesn't have to obey the commands of his illegal Kenyan president. The Army says, "Deploy or face court martial." Via World Net Daily: "On 30 March 2010, this command became aware of your intentions to refuse to follow deployment orders. Your stated reason for refusal was your belief that the election of the President of the United States is invalid because you believe he is not 'native born' [sic]. This counseling is to inform you that your deployment orders are presumed to be valid and lawful orders issued by competent military authority," said the document from the "counselor," Lt. Col. William D. Judd. The letter reminded Lakin of his April 12 due date at Fort Campbell, Ky. "Failure to follow your reassignment and/or deployment orders may result in adverse action including court-martial," the officer was warned. The document cited articles 86, 87 and 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice: being missing, disobeying an order and contempt). "If found guilty … you could be sentenced to dismissal from the service … forefeiture of all pay and allowances; and confinement for a period of months or years in a military prison," the warning stated.VIDEO: Lt. Colonel Lakin says "any reasonable person" would disobey this Commander In Chief.

World Net Daily Raises Obama Birth Certificate Reward
World Net Daily founder Joseph Farah, who will co-headline next month's Tea Party convention with Sarah Palin, has raised the reward for proof of the president's birth in Hawaii.
More than five months ago now, around Obama's alleged Aug. 4 birthday, I stepped out publicly and offered a $10,000 charitable gift to the hospital found on his long-form birth certificate. All he or the hospital or the state of Hawaii would have to do to claim the prize is show the American public the document that should have been produced long ago to claim the presidency as a natural born citizen. As I said back then, "We've tried the stick. Today, as Barack Obama celebrates what he claims to be his birthday, I want to try the carrot approach. Obama has said he was born in Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu. He participated in a fundraiser for the medical center in January. WND will send a check to whatever birth hospital is listed on his long-form birth certificate. All Obama has to do to see that donation made is to release it publicly." Today I will amend that challenge. Since politicians in Hawaii are so interested in honoring Obama, why not use their influence on him to produce the proof that will lead to a cash contribution – no strings attached – to a worthy charity. In fact, I'll make it $15,000!Farah said he is raising the reward because of the plan to rename a public park in Hawaii after the president. Below is the "Certificate Of Live Muslim Kenyan Birth To A White Lady," one of the many parody birth certificates that have flooded teh interwebs.

Fellow Birthers: Orly Taitz Told Us To Lie
Even her fellow birthers are now calling out loony Orly Taitz, saying that she instructed them to lie in court. One of those calling her out is Larry Sinclair, the nutjob who wrote a book claiming he's done cocaine and had sex with the president. A man claiming to have been Barack Obama’s homosexual lover and another claiming to have Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate say Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz asked them to lie in federal court. [snip] Taitz planned to use the two as witnesses in her effort to prove Obama was born in Kenya and is not a legitimate president. However, the case was dismissed on Oct. 29 by U.S. District Judge David O. Carter without going to trial. In his dismissal, Carter wrote, “the Court has received several sworn affidavits that Taitz asked potential witnesses that she planned to call before this Court to perjure themselves. This Court is deeply concerned that Taitz may have suborned perjury through witnesses she intended to bring before this Court.” The affidavits have not been been made public by Carter. However, in a Nov. 9 motion that criticized Carter’s dismissal of the case, Taitz identifies Larry Sinclair and Lucas Smith as the witnesses she believes filed affidavits saying that she asked them to lie. She denies the accusations and told me she thinks Sinclair and Smith filed the affidavits in response to pressure put on them. Here's an affidavit filed by Smith attesting to Taitz' instructions to lie. There's some juicy dirt on her in there.

Federal Judge Boots Case Of Birther G.I.
Major Stefan Cook, the Army reservist who refused to deploy to Iraq because he claimed Obama was not his legitimate commander-in-chief, got his head handed to him in court. Via World Net Daily:An American soldier questioning the eligibility of President Barack Obama to hold office has had his latest legal challenge dismissed "as frivolous and wholly without merit." The Aug. 6 ruling by U.S. District Judge Richard A. Lazzara came less than two hours after motions were filed by Maj. Stefan Cook, a member of the U.S. Army Reserve who is seeking a firm determination whether the commander in chief of the Armed Forces is a "natural born citizen," a constitutional requirement for those holding the presidency. "There was no reasoning, no nothing," said Maj. Cook, who noted previous legal decisions in his case included three or four pages of legal explanations. "It's ridiculous. They're not even saying why it's frivolous and without merit. You can say that to anything with no justification or reason. That's crap. So much for jurisprudence in this country."Cook was terminated from the Army for refusing to deploy and says he remains unemployed with no job prospects. Cue the sad trombone.

Hawaii Pol To File Bill To Force Release Of Obama's Birth Certificate
Espero told WND his bill is aimed at "giving citizens access to birth records" under a standard of government transparency which would permit journalists to request in writing the public disclosure of vital birth records including long-form birth certificates of all persons born in Hawaii. He said it would include the release of birth records on those previously born in Hawaii. "My decision to file the legislation was primarily a result of the fuss over President Obama's birth records and the lingering questions," Espero said. Espero told WND that he believes President Obama was born in Hawaii. "My motivation is strictly to promote transparency," he said. "When I found out that Hawaii birth records were not available to the public my first thought was, 'Why wouldn't they be available to the public?' "As far as I am concerned, records regarding whether a person was born here or not should be in the public domain," he said.

Punking The Birthers
The creator of the Kenyan birth certificate that Orly Taitz ran to the press with has come forward. It’s looking more and more like the forged “Kenyan birth certificate” released by Orly Taitz on Sunday was a prank by a supporter of President Obama. Politijab points to an anonymous blogger at FearlessBlogging, who has uploaded four photos of the original forgery and a mocking declaration:Bwa ha ha ha.

BREAKING: President Obama Actually A Bewildered Man From Adelaide, Australia
I can't wait for Orly Taitz, who seems to have fled to Israel, to respond to this. Via ABC News Australia:
An unsuspecting Adelaide public servant has found himself swept up in a conspiracy to oust the 44th President of the United States from office. A movement known as the Birthers, which originated in California, is attempting to prove that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii, therefore making him ineligible to be President. In a bid to stake their claim they released what appeared to be a Kenyan birth certificate with Obama's name on it. Sceptics soon traced the bogus birth certificate and found it to be a forgery. The document turns out to have been based on the birth certificate of an Adelaide man called David Jeffrey Bomford. Not a word about this on World Net Daily. Of course not.
Dina Rosendorff broke the news to him. DINA ROSENDORFF: David Jeffrey Bomford's language was a touch too colourful for radio when PM first contacted him with news his birth certificate had been used in a bid to oust Barack Obama. Now that he's come to terms with his unwitting involvement in an international conspiracy, he's slightly more amused. DAVID JEFFREY BOMFORD: (Laughs) That is ridiculous. Little old person in Adelaide, the President of the United States. I don't know whether to laugh about it or not, be worried about it. It is interesting someone from here being involved in a conspiracy - that is so funny.

Birther Mirth
Over on World Nut Daily, birther loon Orly Taitz, she of the bizarre accent, claims to have a birth certificate from the Republic of Kenya for Barack Obama. One little problem - Kenya did not become the Republic of Kenya until December 1964 - ten months after the president's second birthday. Top Birther Site Goes Dark
TheObamaFile.com, one of the most widely-read anti-Obama and birther movement sites, has posted a "closed for lack of support" notice. World Net Daily:
"This guy is coming down, there's nothing anybody can do about it," declares Parker Shannon, a 70-year-old retiree who has documented alleged violations by Obama for the past two years from his home in suburban Boston. But Shannon stresses his decision to shut down the site had nothing to do with any kind of pressure from the government. "The Obama camp didn't get to me. They can't," he told WND. "What got to me is my fellow Americans, the cheap bastards." "I'm disappointed," he said, explaining he lives on Social Security and a small amount of retirement money. "I just am tired of doing what I'm doing, and I get 50 e-mails a day telling me I'm a great patriot and they're praying for me. I don't want to hear it. Just send me $10."Stand by for the "Obama had it shut down" stories.
Shannon says he spent 60 to 70 hours a week on his efforts and received only $240 in the entire two years despite displaying prominent donation buttons. The home page now just has a logo and the words, "Closed. Lack of support." "There was no warning. This is freaky scary. " said Tony Licursi of Kennesaw, Ga., of the sudden shutdown. "There was more info there than [Roman historian] Tacitus could've ever dreamed."
