ILLINOIS: Library To Pay Settlement To Kevin DuJan And Creationist Sidekick

Homocon Kevin DuJan and creationist loon Megan Fox have won a $55K settlement from a Chicago-area library over their FOIA complaints that porn was being viewed on its computers. The Chicago Tribune reports:
Orland Park Public Library officials have approved a settlement with two patrons who sued the library over alleged transparency law violations in an ongoing dispute over the library's policy of giving adults unfiltered access to the Internet, including pornography. Last fall, Megan Fox and Kevin DuJan filed two lawsuits against the library, alleging several violations of Illinois' freedom of information law. Orland Park and its police department were also accused in one of the suits of violating the law. The settlement includes a $55,000 payment by the library's insurance company to Fox, DuJan and their attorneys, resolves current complaints over alleged violations of the FOI law and the state's open meetings law and sets up procedures for handling future public records requests from Fox and DuJan, according to a statement from Library Director Mary Weimar. Fox and DuJan have been outspoken critics of the library since October 2013, when they claimed they saw men viewing pornography on library computers, which is permitted under library policies. The pair filed dozens of FOI requests, seeking records on library policies and personnel.
Late last year I reported that the spokeswoman for the library is also suing DuJan and Fox for defamation. That case is apparently still pending. Hit the top link for more on the settlement. (Tipped by JMG reader Larry)

ILLINOIS: Homocon Kevin DuJan And His Creationist Sidekick Are Being Sued

Demented homocon horcrux Kevin DuJan and creationist loon Megan Fox are being sued for defamation by a Chicago-area library staffer. Via Raw Story:
Fox, a blogger for PJ Media and YouTube commentator, has aggressively campaigned for more than a year to change library policies in Orland Park after she and an associate claimed they saw men viewing porn at the public library. She and Kevin DuJan — who promotes conspiracy theories about President Barack Obama’s birthplace, drug use, and sexual history — have filed hundreds of Freedom of Information Act requests on library policies and employees. They have also filed at least 34 complaints with the Illinois attorney general alleging transparency law violations by library staffers. Fox and DuJan have written numerous blog and social media posts and posted videos of themselves hounding library employees for information. All of this has cost the suburban Chicago library more than $125,000 in legal fees and keeps two library employees busy for about 35 hours a week, according to spokeswoman Bridget Bittman – a primary target for criticism by the conservative pair. Fox apparently found a photo online through a Google image search of Bittman holding a bottle of Champagne, which she posted on her own Facebook page and suggested that she drank alcohol while engaged in work duties at the library. The conservative activist also posted a video in July on her YouTube channel alleging that police had accused Bittman of disorderly conduct and breach of peace, and other claims the library employee described as false. The suit claims DuJan filed a complaint against Bittman related to those charges, but police found no evidence to support his claims.
The suit claims "violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the Stored Communications Act" and seeks compensatory and punitive damages from Fox, DuJan, and their fellow nutjobs. (Tipped by JMG reader Homer)

PREVIOUSLY ON JMG: DuJan is well-known to JMG readers as the source of Teabagistan's favorite rumor - that President Obama was a regular at Chicago bathhouses before running for the Senate. He has also complained that no one will date him because of his love for Sarah Palin, that gay leftists are trying to poison his cocktails, and that the employees of a popular Chicago gay bar have been ordered to murder him. DuJan gained more national media attention in 2010 when CNN covered his open campaign to rig Dancing With The Stars voting in favor of Bristol Palin. Last year DuJan declared that it was "obvious" that President Obama was high on cocaine on the night of the Benghazi attack.

Channel 4 Interviews Scott Lively

Britain's very gay-friendly Channel 4 yesterday broadcast the below interview with Scott Lively. The interviewer confronted Lively about his responsibility for Uganda's brutal anti-gay crackdown:
When I went on to point out that the President Obama is "wholeheartedly" against this legislation, Dr Lively chuckled and said: "I think Obama may as well be a homosexual himself. He is certainly a radical homosexualist - meaning a person, whether they are homosexual or not, meaning a person who is 100 per cent invested in the homosexual agenda." Rather perplexed by his unexpected comment, I said; "So you think Obama is a homosexual?" He replied: "I think he may be." I asked Dr Lively what his view was based upon and he referred to an article on an online site, World Net Daily. When I asked if he thought President Obama was part of the gay agenda, he replied: "Anyone who is trying to break down the protections for the natural family and legitimize sexual perversion is complicit in the recruitment of children."
That World Net Daily article, of course, was based on deranged claims by Chicago homocon blogger Kevin DuJan.  Watch the video.

Homocon Kevin DuJan Is Very Upset That "Perverts" Might View Porn At The Library

We haven't heard much from Chicago homocon Kevin DuJan lately as he appears to have abandoned his Sarah Palin fan site. He hasn't posted there in six months and his co-blogger Megan Fox hasn't posted since September. (Of course, Tea Party sites such as World Net Daily continue to repeat DuJan's infamous claim that President Obama goes to bathhouses.) The current obsession for Fox and DuJan is that a Chicago area library is letting "perverts" view porn on its computers. Via the Chicago Tribune:
Fox wrote a letter to Orland Park library officials and followed up at a library board meeting last month, confronting officials about their policy and posting a video online of the meeting that has been viewed nearly 10,000 times. The Orland Park Public Library cites the First Amendment in explaining why it allows patrons to look up anything — including pornography — on its adult-only computers so long as the material isn't illegal or obscene. "Let's see how long their so-called First Amendment rights to porn can stand up against angry parents," said Fox, who lives in a nearby suburb but said she uses the Orland Park library often. "Who do they think they are?" "We do not filter access to our adult computer area," library spokeswoman Bridget Bittman said. "We believe people have a right to access that legal information."
Here's the clip mentioned above by the Tribune. That's DuJan with the camera. I made a comment yesterday over at YouTube and it was instantly deleted, of course.

Chicago Teacher May Sue Homocon Blogger Kevin DuJan Over Racism Claims

Nutcase homocon blogger Kevin DuJan (above right) may be facing a lawsuit from a Chicago teacher whom DuJan claims makes racist jokes about his students during his moonlighting gig as a stand-up comedian.
Kevin DuJan, the same blogger who speculated that President Barack Obama was a gay man with a cocaine habit, posted a story on his HillBuzz blog on May 28 titled, "Public School Shocker: Gay Porn Actor and Male Stripper Employed As Teacher at Joseph Stockton Elementary School in Chicago!" The post accused 34-year-old Bradley Balof, a middle school teacher at Stockton with a "superior" rating from CPS, of starring in pornographic films and making racist jokes about his black students. CPS said it was investigating the teacher — who denied DuJan's accusations and was contemplating legal action. "The allegations made about me in Kevin DuJan's blog, are false," Balof told DNAinfo Chicago Monday. "I am presently seeking legal options against Mr. DuJan."
DNA Info notes that the two indie films that feature Balof were not, in fact, "gay porn" movies.  DuJan's claims about Balof are part of his long-running smear campaign against the owners of the popular Boystown bar Sidetrack, where Balof performs and where DuJan famously claims to have had his drinks poisoned by anti-Christian leftist gays who are also cockblocking his attempts to hook up with hot twinks. DuJan's current boyfriend, a former Sidetrack doorman, is suing the club for allegedly firing him for being a Christian.  Last month DuJan claimed that Sidetrack's owners perjured themselves during an unemployment hearing for his boyfriend in which DuJan was called as a witness.

RELATED: In his Father's Day post on Sunday, DuJan asserted that the gay community is "really determined to alienate young gay guys from their families."  Dujan: "This is because 'gay activists' enjoy telling young gay guys fresh on the bar scene that their parents were monsters for not accepting them for who they are or immediately joining PFLAG."

UPDATE: In a post made minutes ago, DuJan is now claiming that employees of Sidetrack have been ordered to slit his throat if they see him. He adds: "I do not set foot inside Sidetrack itself because I believe I actually might indeed be killed if I did…but I need to be out and about in the bars of Boystown because that’s where I get all the intel for my reporting."

HomoQuotable - Kevin DuJan

"If you’ve ever known anyone who is a drug addict, you’d see it’s obvious that Barack Obama was high on cocaine the night of Benghazi; it is the only logical explanation for his disappearance and the White House’s refusal to comment on what he was doing at the time.  Since this was a night of great crisis for our country, the only logical reason that the White House won’t explain where the president was is if this man was high as a kite on illegal narcotics at the time. He reappeared again the next day, briefly, before jetting off to fabulous Las Vegas for a fun-and-games fundraiser event he had scheduled there (where, it also should be noted, not only Chippendales but also Thunder From Down Under male revues are regularly held.)" - Homocon blogger Kevin DuJan, always on the crazy train.

Op-Ed Of The Day

From the op-ed pages of today's Chicago Tribune:
I've got a suggestion for cutting short the GOP angst: Sarah Palin for president in 2016. You think I'm joking? Think again.  In 2008, Palin, running as my party's vice presidential candidate, was widely supposed to have cost John McCain the election. But that wasn't so. A national exit poll conducted by CNN asked voters whether Palin was a factor in their voting. Of those who said yes, 56 percent voted for McCain versus 43 percent for Obama.

Furthermore, Mitt Romney, the GOP's anointed contender this year, got almost a million fewer votes than McCain did in 2008. (Meanwhile, President Obama, although winning re-election, lost far more voters than the Republicans, with nearly 7 million fewer voters checking his name on their ballots than did in 2008.)

Gay marriage? Palin opposes it. But she is also a strong advocate of states' rights, and I'm betting she'd be fine with letting states and their voters grapple with the issue on their own. Remember that all of America didn't swing toward approval of gay marriage on Nov. 6. Three reliably blue states and their voters did. If she were smart, Palin would recruit a member of her impressive gay fanboy base — yes, she has one — to help run her campaign. I nominate Kevin DuJan of the widely read gay conservative blog HillBuzz, a Palin stalwart since 2008.
I think the writer is trolling. (Tipped by JMG reader Don)

Kevin DuJan: Blacks Hate Obama

"Blacks don’t love Obama. This might be news to you, but there’s absolutely zero love for this man in the black community. Yes, they race-vote for him out of racial pride because blacks have a long history of comparing candidates’ skin color to their own and voting for whoever is closer to mocha, chocolate, or mahogany in a Sherwin Williams sample book. Blacks enjoy voting for someone who 'looks like them', but they don’t riot when that person loses an election. There would be riots every time a black candidate lost anything, and that just doesn’t happen. Obama will lose. Romney will win. Cities will not burn. The talking heads on MSNBC will all have heart attacks and flail about unable to explain what’s happening. But there will be NO RIOTS." - Homocon crackpot Kevin DuJan, responding to the Drudge-fueled meme.

WND Continues "Gay Obama" Lies

Having gotten nowhere with his birther claims, crackpot Jerome Corsi today continued with World Net Daily's latest campaign to prove that President Obama is secretly gay. This time Corsi is claiming that the Obamas' marriage was arranged by Jesse Jackson, who apparently knew who was going to be president more than 20 years in the future.
Jackson explained to Michelle that she would live a life of luxury once Obama was president, and that she never again would have to worry about money. “Michelle was nasty, and most straight guys would never be able to put up with her moods and temperament,” Robyn maintained. “But Obama really didn’t care. Michelle had the credentials and she looked the part. Obama wasn’t interested in her for sex.” A source WND will identify as Hazel, a long-term member of the Trinity congregation, insisted Obama remained sexually involved with men after his marriage to Michelle. “I remember being at this function at Reverend Wright’s house, one of the many parties Wright had, in 1996,” Hazel recalled. “I went to the room where all the coats were on the bed, because I wanted to leave. I was surprised to find the light in the room was off and the coats were on the floor,” she said. “Then I realized there were two men hugging and kissing in there. One of those men was Obama. This was long before anybody knew Obama, before he became famous like he is today.”

New From Homocon Teabagistan

The latest graphic from asylum escapee Kevin DuJan is being excitedly passed around on Free Republic and other wingnut sites.  According to DuJan, the president only has support from blacks, gays, Muslims, and "stupid Jews."  But Obama can't even really depend on the gay vote, because "gay guys in particular are very flaky and might not bother showing up on election day."  Interestingly, DuJan hasn't been posting about "our next president, Sarah Palin" as much as he was last year, when that phrase worked its way into every other entry.

Homocon Douchebag Strikes Again

Supermarket tabloid The Globe quotes homocon douchebag Kevin DuJan with the above screaming headline.
In a world shattering exclusive, a key member of Chicago's gay community rips the lid off Barack Obama's secret double life -- charging that the President frequented bathhouses and bars known for homosexual activities while he was an Illinois state senator. Get more about the shocking lifestyle sources claim Obama has kept hidden from the public - and even his trusting wife Michelle - all in this week's GLOBE!
The story calls DuJan a "prominent member of the Windy City's homosexual community."

Today's Dose Of Homocon Crazy

"Just four years ago, black people would come up to me, try to spit in my face, and would scream that I was a racist because I was not supporting Barack Obama and DARED to wear anything backing Hillary and then later McCain/Palin. They would go completely UNHINGED at anything that wasn’t praising 'The One'.

"Leftie loons of the privileged, young, white variety would also scream expletives, push me on the train, and shout that 'Anyone who doesn’t vote for Obama is racist!' garbage. Though no one was sitting at Obama command centers specifically telling each individual to do this, the general vibe in Obama supporter ranks was to 'get in their faces!' and to essentially bully and otherwise intimidate people who weren’t supporting Obama to become completely invisible.

"Anyone backing Hillary in the primaries or McCain/Palin in the general election was targeted with the full-on Alinsky Death Star. It was actually kind of scary to go out in Chicago in my Democrats for McCain tee shirt because the laser-focused hatred emanating from the eyes of Obama supporters did make me feel afraid for my personal safety at times." - Kevin DuJan, pitching his Romney/Ryan t-shirt.

RELATED: DuJan has become the darling of World Net Daily and Free Republic over the last two weeks for his years-old claim that President Obama frequented Chicago-area bathhouses and gay bars where he singled out "older white men" for his attention. In addition to today's claim that angry blacks assaulted him for wearing a McCain t-shirt, DuJan has claimed that "leftists" have been poisoning his cocktails in local gay bars because he loves Sarah Palin and that nobody will date him because he's a Christian.

WND Continues "Obama Is Gay" Attack

World Net Daily's head birther, Jerome Corsi, today continues the site's "Obama is gay" attack. This time he has help from Chicago-based homocon freak show Kevin DuJan.
A prominent member of Chicago’s homosexual community claims Barack Obama’s participation in the “gay” bar and bathhouse scene was so well known that many who were aware of his lifestyle were shocked when he ran for president and finally won the White House. “It was preposterous to the people I knew then to think Obama was going to keep his gay life secret,” said Kevin DuJan, who was a gossip columnist in Chicago for various blogs when Obama was living in the city as a community organizer and later a state senator. Nobody who knew Obama in the gay bar scene thought he could possibly be president,” said DuJan.

DuJan, founder and editor of the Hillary Clinton-supporting website HillBuzz.org, told WND he has first-hand information from two different sources that “Obama was personally involved in the gay bar scene.” “If you just hang out at these bars, the older guys who have been frequenting these gay bars for 25 years will tell you these stories,” DuJan said. “Obama used to go to the gay bars during the week, most often on Wednesday, and they said he was very much into older white guys.” Obama, DuJan said, is “not heterosexual and he’s not bisexual. He’s homosexual.”

Today In Anti-Gay Homocons

Last week Chicago installed a historical marker at the site of where President Obama says he first kissed Michelle. Enter homocon crackpot Kevin DuJan:
I also think there needs to be a “historic marker” affixed to Man’s Country Bathhouse up in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago, as well — since Barack Obama frequented this men-only sexual hotspot in the late 90s up until January of 2004 when he embarked on his campaign for the United States Senate. Apparently, he went there most often on Wednesdays. If you spend any time in the seedier gay bars of Chicago, where the older guys tend to hang out who were around in the scene back when Obama was cruising and they still had relatively healthy livers, you’ll hear them refer to the little rooms at Man’s Country as “presidential suites”, presumably because the current US president used to allow old, white men to perform sexual acts on him there (the “Oral Offices” is another popular riff on this theme). Though, maybe they’re really saying “sweets” and Obama just went to Man’s Country to reverse-trick-or-treat and give away candy there to the towel-clad or nude patrons (which could be an obscure tradition in Indonesia similar to eating dogs, which Obama described in one of those books he had ghostwritten back in the day)
DuJan's post has been picked up by Free Republic and other anti-gay sites.

HomoconQuotable - Kevin DuJan

"If you don’t read gay publications like The Advocate or local gay newspapers and don’t spend much time in gay bars or attending gay-oriented events you might be unaware of just how much hatred and violence is actually promoted on a regular, rolling basis by the men who own these bars and sit on the boards of directors of the myriad nonprofits that always seem to come out of the woodwork to condemn the Tea Party for any and all tragedies that befall this country.

"The Left’s agenda is very clear in this: if anything bad happens involving guns, there's a race to pin it on fiscal conservatives, Governor Sarah Palin, or any group that affiliates even remotely as Christian and then dispatch members of the Democrats’ coalition of identity-based-voting-blocs to vociferously blame Republicans for the tragedy. It never works — because the Tea Party is nonviolent and wholly lacking of the Alinsky Methods and radical tactics the Left attempts to project on it — but the media and its Leftist operators press on regardless.

"Gays comprise a useful goon squad I call the 'Gaystapo' because they are enthusiastically dispatched to malign, berate, bully, and impugn Christians and political conservatives (especially Republican women) whenever the Left seizes an opportunity in current events to exploit a tragedy for political gain by desperately linking Christianity or conservatism to violence." - Kevin DuJan, founder of homocon blog Hillbuzz, reacting to yesterday's FRC shooting.

RELATED: DuJan is an oft-quoted source for right-wing blogs due to his frequently reposted claims that President Obama and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel were once regular bathhouse patrons. DuJan also claims that nobody will date him because he loves Sarah Palin. Then there's that claim that leftist gays are poisoning his drinks in Chicago bars. DuJan gained national media attention in 2010 when CNN covered his open campaign to rig Dancing With The Stars voting in favor of Bristol Palin. Oh and black people who voted for Obama are racists.

Sheriff Paul Babeu Is Just Another Homocon Victim Of The Evil DNC

According to Hillbuzz asshat Kevin DuJan, the Democratic National Committee is literally blackmailing almost every closeted gay Republican. And when it becomes politically expedient, the DNC outs them. Like they just did to Sheriff Paul Babeu.
Democrats have a file on every gay man in the Republican Party ranks. There are pictures. There’s video. Most of these guys are being actively blackmailed by the DNC — so that when pushes comes to shove on some important vote, Democrats know they can call up these men and tell them they either vote against their party and constituents, or Democrats will out them in spectacular fashion and cause a big, embarrassing, life-ruining scene.
Props to the wiley DNC. How dastardly and clever of them to hire a barely English-fluent Mexican immigrant and have him troll gay hook-up sites and trick his victims into making threats of deportation. Genius, really.

Don't Bother Commenting On Hillbuzz

After yesterday's post about Hillbuzz's homocon blogger Kevin DuJan, I've received emails from JMG readers reporting that their comments there are being altered to make it look like they are making physical threats. A quick scan on that Hillbuzz post reveals several vile and abusive comments allegedly made by "our side." What IS it about homocons and all these faked attacks? A word to the wise - take a screenshot of your comments left on these sites. Altering your words seems legally actionable to me.
