Robert Oscar Lopez: Disgusting Gay Activists Are Incentivizing Home-Wreckers

JMG reader Chris sends us the latest from Robert Oscar Lopez:
"[Gays] have unleashed chaos. What they've done is they've incentivized home-wreckers. They've unleashed so much propaganda on the gay community about having kids. There are so many gay people who want kids. And the cheapest way to do it is to find someone who's in a heterosexual marriage that's on the rocks--where there are kids involved--seduce the person away from the opposite-sex partner, get them to come out of the closet, take them to family court and get custody of the kids. It's disgusting, but people do that. Because it's the cheapest way!"
At the 21:00 mark in the below podcast, Lopez continues to claim that gay bloggers are secretly colluding to destroy him. Leading this "fascist" anti-Lopez cabal, he claims, is Jeremy Hooper at Good As You with help from Andy Towle and yours truly. Damn us all to hell for quoting him verbatim!
RELATED: Lopez wants you to know that he is not "ex-gay."
There's something perverse about society's inability to understand the basics of bisexuality. A bisexual--such as myself--is capable of coupling with either men or women. It doesn't mean you sleep with both sexes simultaneously or have polyamorous domestic situations. I am faithful to my wife. But I have been with men and do not feel like running around claiming I was always straight, which wouldn't be true, or claiming I have been "cured," which I haven't. I think people make choices in life and what you do with your body is one of those choices. People should decide to do things that make them happy. I am not ex-gay.
UPDATE: I'm reminded to mention that Lopez is the founder of the International Children's Rights Institute. From their about page:
Whereas most institutes that deal with difficult issues surrounding children’s rights rely on social science or the natural sciences, at ICRI we employ historically-informed, humanities-based methodologies with a world view. We strive to articulate philosophically-grounded positions on what constitutes the “rights” of a child, and how those rights relate to, or differ from, other normative “rights”; such as human rights or civil rights. The ICRI acknowledges that children’s rights are not limitless, and that there are things to which children are not entitled, such as gender reassignment surgery or explicit sexual media.
Lopez' wife sits on the ICRI's 15-member academic council.

PREVIOUSLY ON JMG: In September 2014 Lopez petitioned the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to stop gay marriage in Texas because he used to be a prostitute. In April 2014 Lopez filed an anti-gay amicus brief in support of Virginia's ban on same-sex marriage. Last March 2014 Lopez declared that gay men are turning surrogate mothers into breeding slaves. In 2013, in addition to appearing on stage at an anti-gay Manif Pour Tous rally in France that was supported by neo-Nazis, Lopez testified against LGBT equality before several state legislatures and he co-signed an anti-gay homocon brief to the Supreme Court in support of DOMA. You really must read the Media Matters take on Lopez' trilogy of gay erotica.

CPAC Relents: Log Cabin Head To Speak

Via Politico:
The head of the Log Cabin Republicans has been invited to speak on a panel at this week’s Conservative Political Action Conference, the pro-gay rights group announced Monday. Executive Director Gregory Angelo said he will be speaking on a panel called “Putin’s Russia: A New Cold War?” alongside Seth Cropsey, Cliff May, Amanda Brickell Bellows and potential 2016 candidate Carly Fiorina. The announcement comes after days of back and forth between the Log Cabin Republicans and the American Conservative Union, which organizes CPAC. “There has been a great deal of confusion over the last 48 hours regarding Log Cabin Republicans’ role in CPAC 2015,” Angelo wrote in a statement. “[A]fter some fruitful conversations with the leadership of the American Conservative Union,” Angelo wrote, “we would like to express regret if anyone associated with the American Conservative Union felt unfairly maligned. That was never our intention.”
From Log Cabin's statement:
For years, all we have wanted is for Log Cabin Republicans to be able to provide a meaningful contribution to CPAC, be it as sponsors, speakers, or panelists. Now is not the time to make the perfect the enemy of the good. Log Cabin Republicans will continue working toward full sponsorship of future CPACs. In the meantime, I look forward to bringing the gay conservative perspective to CPAC 2015 on behalf of Log Cabin Republicans, as well as the message that when conservatives focus on unity rather than division, we win.
Don't expect CPAC to tweet out one of their "CONFIRMED!" notices. (Tipped by JMG reader TJ)

CPAC Bans Log Cabin Republicans

"The American Conservative Union has the right to invite or not invite whoever they want to the Conservative Political Action Conference, but they should be honest about the reasons why. The ACU is fond of hiding behind a fig leaf stating gay people are welcome as guests, but the ability to buy a ticket to CPAC was never what our debate was about; indeed, I will be attending CPAC, as will hundreds of other Log Cabin Republicans members and supporters. Make no mistake: LCR is actively being prohibited from sponsoring CPAC.

"For our organization, this has always been about contributing to CPAC as sponsors or in some recognized capacity. Time and again, when we showed the ACU that we met the criteria for sponsorship, the reasons for our exclusion changed. The only conclusion that can be made is that the organizers of CPAC do not feel gay people can be conservative - a position opposed by the thousands of Millennial CPAC attendees who have been asking Log Cabin Republicans for months if we would be participating at this year's event. We owed it to them to explain why we are not." - Log Cabin Republicans head Gregory Angelo, via email.

Angelo's email goes on to tick off on a long list of positions which align with the goals of CPAC. Top on that list is the repeal of Obamacare. The on-again off-again inclusion of homocon groups has long roiled CPAC and caused very entertaining infighting among its participants. Last year the now-defunct GOProud was allowed to attend after two years of being banned, but were prohibited from purchasing booth space.

FRANCE: Magazine Ordered To Pay €20K For Outing Leader Of Neo-Nazi Party

France's Closer Magazine has been ordered to pay €20K for invading the privacy of a neo-Nazi party leader when it outed him as gay. Via Pink News:
Florian Philippot is the deputy leader of the French Front National – which was allied with the British National Party, and has been accused of fostering homophobic violence by aligning itself with aggressive anti-equal marriage factions and violent groups. Earlier this month, Closer published four pages of photos taken in Vienna of Mr Philippot with a television journalist presented as his boyfriend whose face was blurred out. AFP reports Gregoire Lafarge, Mr Philippot’s lawyer, had argued in court that the magazine had not acted in the public interest but purely to make money. “Mr Philippot is admittedly a public figure but he is not a celebrity and has always explained that sexuality is an intimate affair,” he said. “To ‘out’ (someone) is to stigmatise. After sexuality, what will we throw out to the public – religion, health?” added Mr Lafarge, who had initially asked for 50,000 euros in damages.
The magazine has also been ordered to publish the verdict on its front page.

FRANCE: Neo-Nazi National Front Leader To Sue Magazine For Outing Him

Via Radio France:
The deputy leader of France’s Front National is to take Closer magazine to court for printing photos it implies prove he is gay. Florian Philippot is to lodge a complaint against Closer for invasion of privacy, the party leader, Marine Le Pen, announced on Friday. The case comes amid dissent in the far-right party's ranks over recruiting openly gay members. Philippot does not want to give “this rag” any publicity, Le Pen told a press conference, but he will take Closer to court. Claiming that she and her children had also been victims of invasions of privacy, the far-right leader said she hoped that Philippot’s case would lead to a sentence severe enough to prevent the paper from continuing such practises. Le Pen is a trained lawyer and she and her party have a penchant for taking critics, including US-born singer Madonna, to court.

FRANCE: Vice President Of Neo-Nazi National Front Party Outed As Gay

Via the Telegraph:
A French gossip magazine sparked outrage across the political spectrum on Friday by "outing" the far-Right Front National's vice president, Florian Philippot, as homosexual. The rare breach of Gallic press protocol is an embarrassment for the FN, whose attitude towards homosexuals has historically ranged from ambivalent to downright homophobic. Closer, which scored a global scoop in January by publishing photos of French president, François Hollande, visiting his secret lover Julie Gayet, on Friday released pictures of Mr Philippot with his boyfriend, an unnamed TV journalist, on a trip to Vienna last week. "At last a real weekend away from Paris," it headlined, followed by an inside article entitled: "Yes to love for all" – a play on words with France's recent Marriage for All bill legalising gay marriage. Politicians across the board slammed the revelation as an unacceptable breach of Mr Philippot's private life.
Among those denouncing the revelation are National Front head Marine Le Pen and the Socialist Party, which pushed through France's same-sex marriage bill. Two weeks ago the Kremlin lent the National Front €9M in the first installment of a reported €40M payment presumably meant to help tilt France's government to the far right. And today we learn that there's an even worse French version of Ken Mehlman sitting on that pile of Russian money.

PREVIOUSLY ON JMG: The National Front is a backer of the anti-gay Manif Pour Tous and has supported its numerous, vicious and often violent rallies, as have hate group leaders Brian Brown and Tony Perkins.  Founder Jean-Marie Le Pen has been convicted six times for inciting racial hatred, including for denying that the Holocaust took place. Earlier this year he "joked" that his critics, who include Madonna, will be in the next "batch" headed for the gas chambers.  He has also "joked" that ebola is the "solution" to Europe's immigration problems. Last year Le Pen's daughter, Marine Le Pen, herself a failed candidate for France's presidency, praised the man who committed suicide at Notre Dame Cathedral in protest of same-sex marriage. In February of this year Le Pen's granddaughter, 24 year-old Marion Maréchal-Le Pen, led a massive anti-gay march through the streets of Paris. In January of this year the youth leader for the National Front called for France to institute anti-gay laws similar to those in Russia.

FLORIDA: Log Cabins Republicans Of Miami Applaud Reelection Of Rick Scott

"For this particular election cycle, Governor Rick Scott was clearly the better choice for Florida as a whole. What is important to us is ensuring that the LGBT community as well as everyone in general, has the opportunity to find jobs, to grow their businesses (many gay businesses included), for our state to be debt-free, to allow people to flourish and not be burdened with higher taxes and yes to defend our Constitution. Log Cabin Republicans of Miami is confident that marriage equality will not be an issue in the near future. The courts will decide and Governor Rick Scott and Attorney General Pam Bondi will ensure that, moving forward, the Constitution will continue to be protected, as they are sworn to do, and marriage equality will be one of those rights they will be defending. We move forward with confidence and perseverance in our fight for marriage equality here in Florida and across the nation." - Log Cabin Republicans of Miami, via press release. HomoQuotable - Gregory Angelo

"This is really a time of choosing for LGBT advocates on the left. Do you support the left agenda, or do you actually support equal rights for Americans? Those who fall in the latter category are going to be the ones who are going to be come to the table with Republicans and find solutions, ways to pass things, like employment protections for LGBT individuals, that also reach consensus among Republicans." - Log Cabin head Gregory Angelo, speaking to the Washington Blade.

CALIFORNIA: Anti-Gay Activists Call For "Tactical Vote" Against Carl DeMaio

Anti-gay groups hate Democrats, but if there's anything they hate even more, it's gay Republicans.  Therefore a coalition of anti-gay activists today issued a joint letter calling for a "tactical vote" against homocon House candidate Carl DeMaio and a vote for the incumbent Democrat, Rep. Scott Peters.
Christian conservatives face a moral dilemma in a key San Diego election race. We know we have a clear choice in voting between the candidates when one of the candidates stands in opposition on issues relevant to the Christian community: life, marriage, religious freedom... Obviously we vote for the candidate who is in-line with biblically based values. But how should we vote when both candidates share virtually the same views, and stand in opposition to those values? Some people choose to simply abstain from voting, out of frustration with both candidates. However, staying at home on Election Day might provide the margin of victory for a candidate who will do far greater damage and harm to society.

Such a race, we believe, calls for a different type of strategy when voting. Rather than sitting out the election, and potentially allowing a candidate who will cause great damage to win an election, we suggest a strategy that we call "Defensive Tactical Voting." What is Defensive Tactical Voting? Simply this: voting for a candidate who, while doing some damage to society, will do less damage than the other candidate(s) on the ballot. And who will provide a greater opportunity for defeat in a future election. We are aware of the fact that this strategy cannot always be applied broadly, but only to specific races.

An example of such an election is the 52nd Congressional District in San Diego, CA. Two candidates are running: Incumbent Democrat Scott Peters, and Republican Carl DeMaio. Both candidates are pro-abortion and pro-same sex marriage. Both candidates are liberal and "progressive." Yet one of these candidates will do far more damage to the moral fabric of our society than the other. That candidate: the Republican candidate, Carl DeMaio. Why is Carl DeMaio so damaging as a potential Congressman? DeMaio is an avowed LGBTQ activist (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning).

The LGBTQ movement believes in a genderless society, where God's order of male and female is denied. Their goal is much greater than that. It is to impose their views upon us, with the intent of abolishing our rights to freedom of religious conscience, coercing us to affirm homosexual practice and to forever alter the historic, natural definition of marriage. Allow us to be clear, in court cases all over America, it is now overwhelmingly evident that religious liberty and the radical homosexual agenda can not co-exist. Authentic biblical believers are losing their right to the first amendment expression whenever the homosexual agenda gets its way.
The joke, as always, is on them as DeMaio is exactly the kind of alleged "gay activist" that we do not need in Congress. Among the letter's signees are Gary Cass of the Christian Anti-Defamation Commission, crackpot Pastor Jim Garlow, "ex-gay" activist Charles Limandri, and two dozen other nutjobs you've never heard of.

Homocon House Candidate Carl DeMaio:
I Owe Everything To The Tea Party

From the Facebook page of San Diego Democrats For Equality:
Lately Carl DeMaio’s been marketing himself as a “New Generation Republican” but his Tea Party record is as inescapable as his shadow. This video of DeMaio speaking in front of a local Tea Party audience is yet more evidence of his allegiance to the far-right fringe. It’s the video DeMaio doesn’t want you to see. DeMaio tells the crowd that the Tea Party is “the conscience of the accountable-government movement.” He openly mocks the mere notion of bipartisan cooperation. He admits he’ll owe the Tea Party “everything.” “The video makes this much pretty clear: Carl DeMaio loves the Tea Party and the Tea Party loves Carl DeMaio,” said Alex Roth, communications director for the Scott Peters for Congress Campaign. “Voters should remember this video the next time DeMaio tries to pretend he’s anything other than a far-right candidate.”

REPORT: Sarah Palin Is Working To Get Homocon Tammy Bruce Cast On The View As The "Anti-Rosie O'Donnell"

Via wingnut entertainment columnist Nikki Finke:
The best way on TV to shut up a loudmouth is with another loudmouth. I’ve learned that Tea Party advocate Tammy Bruce – the outspoken nationally syndicated radio show host, author, and Fox News talking head – is being considered for a hosting slot on The View as the so-called "anti-Rosie". What makes this especially interesting is that Bruce reportedly BrucePalinwas suggested to the show by Sarah Palin. "I don’t think Sarah Palin is being considered to be a panelist on the show. I think she’s working behind the scenes to help them cast the conservative," an insider tells me. "Tammy and Palin are close friends, and I think they are hot on Tammy because of Palin. They want the show to be politically combative, and Tammy would certainly be the anti-Rosie in every possible way." Bruce’s website describes her as a "gay, pro-choice, gun-owning, pro-death penalty Tea Party Independent conservative". I’m told Bruce just had a meeting with ABC about potentially joining the show.
For those blissfully unaware, Tammy Bruce is a right wing radio shrieker who regularly screams about "the gaystapo" and who often speaks at far-right, anti-gay conventions. (Tipped by JMG reader Peter)

Headline Of The Day

Homocon horcrux Robert Oscar Lopez spent the holiday weekend compiling links to "300 examples of homofascism" for hate group leader Matt Barber's website. Robert Oscar Lopez Celebrates UN Resolution That Excludes Gay Families

"I have been to the United Nations and met with various representatives on the issue of same-sex parenting. I can’t reveal the names of the ambassadors I met, because this is all radioactive. But the bottom line is, whether they were from Europe, Asia, or Africa, they were more than aware that a freakish Nordic alliance of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Iceland has been trying to turn the whole globe into some kind of gay utopian dream. The ambassadors I’ve spoken with are not impressed with the gay pride parades that take place in Copenhagen. In fact, most of what the LGBT lobby is advocating makes their skin crawl, and with good reason. They’re not morons. I’m no dummy, either. We aren’t fooled by this silly trick of trying to say that orphans being raised by their grandmothers are the same thing as two lesbians who manufacture a child using DNA they got from a fertility clinic. People have seen Blade Runner. People have read Brave New World. People know what it means to create human beings to satisfy wealthy people’s desire for designer kids." - Homocon horcrux Robert Oscar Lopez, writing about a UN resolution that excluded gay families thanks to a parliamentary move by Russia. Lopez' piece was published this morning on the website of hate group leader Matt Barber.

Closeted Homosexual Matt Drudge Does Rare Interview: I Go Where The Action Is

Via Mediaite:
Matt Drudge, who has owned and operated The Drudge Report website for nearly 20 years, gave a rare interview Friday to his hometown radio station of WTOP in Washington, D.C. During the short chat, he shared his thoughts on the current state of the political media landscape and defended his site’s conservative slant. “The D.C. I’m seeing now is so vibrant. This is the center, this is the heartbeat of the nation, for good or bad,” he said of the town where he grew up. When one of the hosts brought up “gridlock” in the nation’s capital, Drudge said, “Thank goodness for some gridlock. Can you imagine what would be happening if there was no gridlock?” He predicted that the upcoming midterm election could leave the division of power exactly as it is, proving that America “doesn’t want things changed” and actually likes the gridlock.
Drudge: "I'm a heat-seeking missile. I go where the action is.

HomoQuotable - Doug Mainwaring

"Consent that is manufactured is not real. Proponents of same-sex marriage haven’t won in the arena of ideas—they have won through manipulation. The moral high ground the radical left seems to enjoy is extremely fragile, because its popular support has been fabricated. The left’s only hope of retaining this support is to continue to suppress free speech and religion. They cannot risk the proclamation of truth—whether it be the truth of the Gospel, the truth of natural law, or even simple common sense. But the ground won by the radical left can be regained. If we are as disciplined and focused as the proponents of same-sex marriage, we can not only retake this ground, we can also pave new inroads. We must not despair; we should regroup and prepare to wage the battle in a new and different way." - Homosexual horcrux Doug Mainwaring, who will be a featured speaker at NOM's hate march.

Homocon Robert Oscar Lopez: Unhinged Homofacists Have Banished Me To Europe

"I was delighted to come and speak to the BBC in London, to German parliamentarians in Brussels, and to Italian jurists, but one of the reasons that I was so available to help European allies was practical: having been blacklisted and driven out of the public square by a cadre of unhinged homosexual fascists, I could make no appearances in the United States and had, up until last month, a wide open schedule. Between March 2013 and April 2014, I made four trips to Europe and delivered dozens of interviews, public addresses, and presentations, with everyone from I-Télé to church groups to European members of parliament.

"Meanwhile, I was largely invisible in the United States. Conservatives who wanted to defend marriage focused on buttoned up academic postulations, religious-freedom arguments like the ones championed with vetoed legislation in Arizona, and warnings about a slippery slope leading to polygamy. I had chosen an urgent and stark tone in my argumentation, naming same-sex parenting as child abuse, invoking past history when social experimentation led to atrocities, and rejecting sentimentality in favor of probing scrutiny. There was still a belief among many defenders of marriage that compassion, civility, and professionalism could overwhelm the gay lobby with kindness. The result was that troublemakers like me were banished to Europe." - Homocon horcrux Robert Oscar Lopez, bragging about his European hate tour for American Thinker.
