Larry Klayman Files Homeland Security Petition To Deport President Obama

Loony tunes teabagger Larry Klayman has filed a Homeland Security petition demanding the deportation of President Obama as an undocumented immigrant. And you though he couldn't out-crazy himself.

Klayman’s deportation request – mailed to three Department of Homeland Security officials – asks for an investigation and hearing into Obama’s citizenship status. If authorities ignore the request, Klayman intends to file a lawsuit to force action. “As demonstrated by the evidence established in exhibits and attached affidavits, there is prima facie evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is removable from the United States and in violation of the law under the legally recognized categories of falsely claiming U.S. citizenship,” Klayman wrote to the officials. "Even if a legitimate birth certificate exists, Barack Obama's repeated use of a clearly forged birth certificate is still a crime." U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a division of the Department of Homeland Security, did not respond to a request for comment.

Tea Party Kook Larry Klayman Sues Obama For Being A Pro-Hamas Muslim

Tea Party hero Larry Klayman has filed a lawsuit against President Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry and the Secretary General of the United Nations, claiming they are conspiring to aid Hamas. Which proves that the president is a Muslim, of course.

According to the lawsuit filed in federal court in Washington, the defendants are allegedly involved in a criminal conspiracy that falls under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, or RICO. They are laundering United States currency, which is then “foreseeably used to buy rockets and construct tunnels to attack Israel and terrorize and kill American and dual American-Israeli citizens who reside or are located in Israel.” In a statement, Klayman said that “the nation and the world have increasingly come to see that Obama views himself primarily as a Muslim and acts accordingly in favoring Islamic interests over Judeo-Christian ones, and the complaint lays out Obama’s history in documented detail.”

CNN host Don Lemon and crackpot freak show Larry Klayman got into it last night.

Klayman has previously received media attention for saying during a government shutdown rally that Obama needs “to put the Quran down, to get up off his knees, and to figuratively come out with his hands up,” leading to a particularly contentious fight with Martin Bashir. On CNN, Klayman was steamed that his appearance was preceded by what he saw as a hit piece on his character, and told Lemon, “It’s important to note that you’re a big supporter of Obama, that you have favored him in every respect.” He called Lemon an “ultra-leftist,” but Lemon interrupted and threatened to cut him out of the segment if he kept going. Toobin, who was never a fan of what Snowden did, argued that this was an important ruling on a serious subject that shouldn’t be tarnished by the “tin foil hat paranoia” of the “lunatic” on screen with him. Klayman responded by attacking Toobin’s past and calling him an unserious person who ‘should not be doing legal commentary for CNN.”

Revolution Day II Is Coming

World Net Daily today published a reminder column from crackpot Larry Klayman, who recently demanded that President Obama "put the Koran down and come out of the White House with his hands up."

Two hundred thirty-seven years after the original Declaration of Independence was signed on July 4, 1776, in my hometown of Philadelphia, we are again at the threshold of revolution, and indeed this revolution will begin on our new independence day, Nov. 19, 2013, when the Reclaim America Now Coalition, supported by the masses who are being summoned to Washington, D.C., that day, reads our renewed Declaration of Independence at a demonstration across from the White House beginning at 10 a.m. in Lafayette Park.

This Declaration of Independence will incorporate all our Founding Fathers incorporated into theirs and include the American people’s similar list of grievances, which if not considered by the ruling establishment, will surely result in their demise. For if these grievances are not satisfied in short order, not only will the people call for the resignation of President Obama and Republican leaders like House Speaker John Boehner and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, but, if this does not occur, we will consider alternative legal courses of action – as did our Founding Fathers with the divine guidance of our Lord.

That "alternative legal course of action" presumably would be another armed revolution. Among Klayman's list of ten demands: "The Internal Revenue Service must be abolished entirely leaving in place only a reasonable consumption or flat tax. The president must provide a physical, original copy of his birth certificate to We the People and submit himself to the scrutiny of qualified forensic experts. The United States must not push for a Palestinian State on the West Bank. The United States must support the Egyptian military and rid all Muslim Brotherhood ties. The United States of America must support Israel in a pre-emptive strike against the Islamic Republic of Iran to destroy its nuclear facilities."

CNN host Don Lemon and right wing radio host Ben Ferguson tangled yesterday over Tea Party rally attendees that waved a Confederate flag and called the president a Muslim.

“Ben, you have to be embarrassed by this video,” Lemon said to conservative radio host Ben Ferguson. “You’re not embarrassed for some members of your party?” When Ferguson tried to argue that the protest was comprised of a handful of people not affiliated with conservatives or Republicans, Lemon cut him off. “Who initiated this protest? It was tea party Republicans. Cut the crap.” Lemon played a clip of Freedom Watch’s Larry Klayman telling Obama to “put the Quran down” and resign the presidency. “You found a crazy guy,” Ferguson said. “Congratulations!
